How to solve Tower of Hanoi

Return the moves needed to transfer n discs from peg A to C using peg B. Move n−1 discs out of the way before moving the largest. The reference implementation illustrates this approach; check the example and edge cases.

Time and space complexity

O(2^n) time and output space.
